Honestly, the people here are what make it special. Everyone's super approachable and always down to help troubleshoot or brainstorm ideas. Lots of laughs throughout the day while still getting solid work done. You actually look forward to team meetings instead of dreading them. Plus, they trust you to run with your ideas without micromanaging every little thing.
Cons
Sometimes we're juggling a bit too much at once, which can get stressful during peak times. The work-life balance could use some attention when things get busy. Office snacks situation needs an upgrade - we've had this conversation multiple times! Also wish we had a clearer roadmap for promotions.
