Working Saturdays and time off could be better

Nice selection of stones and nice showrooms

Salary, benefits, time off and getting the tools needed to do your job. Doesn't matter if experienced or new, paid the same salary. Did not seem like there were raises, spoke with someone who was there 3yrs. Management and lack of communication. Definitely did not feel appreciated or even some what important.
