      Average pay and light work load.

      Cons

      Extremely boring work day. There is an app called “ME APP” that has Product knowledge, it is very childish and if you don’t use it you are reprimanded. There is no growth with the company at all. This is a job, not a career. A lot of complaints with upper management in various stores so be very wary, you will be made to pick up the slack for the store management.

      Some people were tight but majority of time people come and go.

      Cons

      They expect you to follow policy to the tee and when you do, you will be written up for it by your store manager. They know that robberies are a thing, people will go in and just start stealing stuff. We are told NOT to engage per our own safety. But tell me how I am getting written up by my store manager for NOT DOING MY JOB and then getting a call from corporate for my lack of work. Are you kidding me? You write me up because policy says do not engage with situations that may endanger me? Yeah, I am so glad that I left this brand because there really isn't a future here. I hope that this brand fails to the ground.
