Leadership is so obsessed with AI that they are completely incapable of any critical thinking and unable to do anything, LEAST OF ALL train new hires. Roles unclear, expectations and timelines not communicated, an entire mess. Everyone working there knows leadership is not up to the task, and yet they remain.
