Not Pleasant - Technical Support Montepio Employee Review

Most colleagues are really fed up with management, HR does not help you and they try to harm you with management, processes and procedures are outdated, no onboarding (you need to figure out on your own), no training, no career and salary progression, mobbing and aggressive management and low work life balance. I cannot be more clear on why I do not recommend it, they are not inclusive at all.
