Favouritism - Room Leader Montessori Academy Employee Review

Using educators as their cleaners to clean the whole centre as they don’t have cleaners come to clean the end of the day. They took educators away from the children by cleaning staff toilets, foyers, garage, staff room. No programming time, always over the ratio. Management talk behind staff, show favouritism. People who they put in charge was doing nothing. Did not do any learning stories for kids because they were too busy sitting in the office to chit chat with each other.
