Great students and families, many hardworking and supportive staff members

High turnover due to poor upper-level leadership, culture of fear and anxiety among staff members due to frequent and often unjust terminations, leadership will make major decisions that impact employees with no notice or opportunity for change. Pay is less than public schools for qualified teachers.
