Pros
Great benefits, was a place that listened to new ideas and suggestions, gave educators lots of freedom to be creative, and technology was always top of the line.
Cons
Over the years MCESC seems to let employees get lost in the red tape of administration. Failure to return calls, emails, or even have simple conversations with staff. Failure on the administration's part to give guidance when asked by staff. Staff is mostly unfamiliar with upper management as they never see or interact with them. Lower administration shows favoritism among staff that causes discourse among all staff. Lack of support from the administration when attempting to implement new ideas/concepts. Lack of communication with a human resources representative. When called or emailed they never communicated back.
