Pros

Free fruits, snacks and drinks.

Cons

It's probably the worse work environment I have ever experienced. To have a chance to be respected and to exist within this company, you must be part of the private circle of the director. That's how it works. If not, you are no one. There is a very toxic ambient, some team leaders talk very badly and make fun of some colleagues behind their back in front of their teams giving them names based on the way they look... They also will listen to the recorded calls of the recruiters without their consent. Micromanagement at its best... And if unluckily you disagree with a colleague, make sure he/she isn't part of the private circle of the director otherwise, you will get fired immediatly.

We're truly sorry to read about your negative experience at MA. It's regrettable that our procedures regarding favoritism or bullying weren't utilized, as our HR team promptly addresses any reported incidents. Regarding employee terminations, decisions are always made collectively and are considered a last resort after attempts to rectify the situation have been unsuccessful.

Pros

Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

Cons

This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
