Very flexible time off. Very collaborative. Lots of opportunities.
Cons
The company moves slowly. Decisions are made in the interest of inclusion and, while it gains buying from stakeholders, often causes the company to move too slowly to be flexible, dynamic, and seize emerging opportunities.

Business outlook
Pros
- Health benefits and general benefits are great (cafe on site, pharmacy is amazing, walking paths for summer to name a few)
- Most everyone I work with is great to work with and fits the “Moog culture”
- Lot of fun things to do with coworkers (volleyball and pickleball both of which I’ve done and are fun!)
- Work that Moog does is really cool, take pride when I tell people I work here
Cons
- At least in corporate, there is a mass exodus of people leaving which is rare for Moog. Corporate is not giving anyone raises at all nor are they giving promotions. Seriously, do not work in corporate it is terrible. Managers are telling employees to do what’s best for themselves and look outside of Moog
- The CHRO is too reactive, most of Moog is that way though
- I’ve realized “we win as a team”, “we are one Moog” are not always true
