      Great people and company culture, exciting work in aerospace on high-visibility programs, great opportunities to learn, exposure to cutting-edge technology

      Cons

      Long hours as a result of a growing workload, many new programs coming in, and trouble hiring the right people (experience and skills). Also, the benefits are being eroded (e.g. vacation and medical)

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
