      Great culture and flexibility for a healthy work life balance. Employees generally are very hard working and take a lot of pride in their accomplishments.

      Slow to change and adopt necessary business management tools, but getting better.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
