Pros
I have been with the company about 5 years (2 years as contractor). Prior to this job, I was in the industrial sector, so the air-craft business is completely new to me. Fortunately, my team are great. They would go a distance to help each other out. I am in Growth and Innovation group (R&D), so the work is very fun and exciting. We get to go out to the field and fly test drones that we built. My direct manager is exceptional. He is not a micro management type and he always make sure that we get the support we need to do our job.
Cons
So far, I have not seen anything that would stop me from recommend this company. Yes, there are things I dislike but those are just minor stuff that anyone would see at any typical work places.
