Moon Kids is absolutely excellent. It has changed my life and my status in life and for my family. I have grown from one level to the next, again and again, learning incredible new skills along the way. I have made more money than i ever thought i would make with them. The management are excellent leaders. They teach you, push you, and take you to the next level. The entire company runs on a growth mindset. The leadership is focused on out-growth, running a tight, well-organised ship. The atmosphere is pressured, but in the best way. The team are driven and hungry, which pushes you to work harder and be better every day. Everyone here is growing and lifting each other up as they go. The pay is top level. The job is challenging, but rewarding, exciting, and genuinely fun. There is real creativity and feeling of achievement in building new environments and experiences for children and different businesses. I highly recommend working at this company, but you need the right mindset and outlook. You need to have good, strong values and high standards. This is a place for winners. If you are passive or lazy, this is not the place for you, you will not survive here.

need to implement more technology to Automate processes - the management is working on this already i believe.
