Decent money if you can get the hours, members are kind

Management constantly changing, management turns blind eye to sexual harassment that occurs to servers and bartenders by staff and members, no culture or community, terribly slow summer season, no structure, no training or orientation provided, management is not well suited for the job and lack ability to organize and run the club, no schedule consistency, lack of respect from management, no one has set roles and therefore there is lack of accountability and duties do not get done
