Pros

In 2026, I've genuinely never seen a company so resistant to flexibility. The expectation is maximum commitment, maximum availability, and often going above and beyond, but with very little trust or flexibility in return. Work from home still seems like a foreign concept here. Leadership doesn't appear to understand that employees can be productive without being physically present in the office every day, or that having some control over where you work can make a huge difference to work-life balance. The culture feels outdated and overly controlling. If you value flexibility, autonomy, and being treated like an adult, this probably isn't the place for you.

Cons

Good benefits package, including private medical insurance and a few nice perks. The office is modern and well-equipped. The benefits often feel like they're there to soften the blow of having to be in the office five days a week.

Pros

The people really care about what they do and the teams pull together when things get busy. The atmosphere is casual with different places to work like a big patio with couches, tables and chairs, the living room, offices you can book, and lots of phone booths. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of snacks (the ones you shouldn't eat but you crave and a number of healthy options too.) We have Happy Hours, All Hands meetings and we celebrate a lot of the work the teams do here. People play ping pong and puzzle to relieve stress and if that is not enough there is a zen room to relax. Crazy good maternity leave benefits. Last but not least, the people.

Cons

The pace is fast and deadlines can be difficult because the goal line moves. Change is constant. 5 days in office, 4 would be better.
