Moonpig Tamworth has sadly lost its way — the supposed “caring culture” is just a façade hiding poor management, bad planning, and constant understaffing. Employees feel undervalued, rushed, and often mistreated, while favoritism drives good people to leave. Since the management change, it’s only worsened, with an influx of ex-Amazon staff trying to reshape the place into something it’s not, forgetting the values Moonpig once stood for. No amount of gift boxes or free items received would ever bring back what some of the former employees have built as a work culture for themselves - friendly, supportive and fair treatment, and most hardworking, trustworthy and experienced staff choosing to leave says a lot about this place
