      Great team Flexibility to work from anywhere Very hospitable

      Cons

      Since it’s a small CPA firm there is less work off season which is good for some people who want to enjoy their family and not ideal for someone who wants to work more, but this is how most of the small CPA firms work, can’t really blame anybody.
