      Always a professional environment, offers competitive pay, bonus and benefits, very convenient location and nice modern offices. Great place to start, grow and stay.

      Cons

      The employees never really leave which does not leave a lot of room for promotions, but that makes it more like a pro.

      Pros

      Friendly and insightful coworkers, somewhat large intern class, seamless lunch, in-office gym

      Cons

      No real opportunity for a full-time conversion-- firm highly values experience, which is expected. Office in Times Square.... HR is EXTREMELY pretentious. Also, don't even try to work extra hours or they will rip you a new one.
