Job itself is fully remote, but some traveling is required for client meetings

Leadership is a boy’s club, micromanagers are all over the place, work life balance is non-existent from October-December because you’re expected to work longer hours for EOY fundraising. No one gets promoted in less than 2 years, communication is horrible, and it’s frowned upon if you don’t want be involved in the forced fun calls they host on a monthly basis.
