Pros
Plenty of work to keep you busy. The company is currently going through a new EMR change and this will provide many hurdles for the company but it appears that they are handling it very well. It will present a lot of change none the less in the overall process. If you find a good group, which is what most of IS is, then your days will fly by as the atmosphere is good overall.
Cons
With recent changes to insurance; they are finding more way to increase your insurance but that isn't new to any other companies out there. They are cutting the amount of time that you get but in my opinion it is still good. Management is put under a lot of pressure and sometimes forget things or drop things on you at the last minute but they are only the man in the middle so sometimes it can't be helped.
