Very easy interview. Zero interview skills as their turnover is very high and is desperate to simply bring people onboard.
Cons
Everyone is afraid of the CEO. Toxic culture with a lot negativity, gossiping, and it is obvious in every department. No proper training, no SOP. To accept the position and resign during probation period, you do not serve a week’s notice but rather, pay 1mth salary.
