Pros
The opportunity to work on exciting implementation projects for large brands. Strong performers are recognized and provided future growth opportunities. A strong remote work culture that was in effect prior to the pandemic, so there was very little change from that perspective. A strong culture of listening and being respectful of everyone's opinions.
Cons
Company culture has suffered a bit in the pandemic as compared to prior (there were regular trips to the head office). This is expected and there are remote team building events. Since the organization is small, you will be asked to wear multiple hats if you're up for it (this can be a pro or con for some people).
