      Horrible workplace - Operations Manager Moove Employee Review

      Great and supportive team mates.

      Cons

      The founder hires spies to watch employees and the spies lie on people. A number of people were wrongly laid off based on this. Management encourages toxicity. Low trust in management because they promise and fail. The founders hate Nigerians so they don’t pay the Nigerian staff well or treat them well. No clear career path. Management would rather hire than promote. You can join Moove if you enjoy toxicity and corporate politics.

      Pros

      Besides having to work with technology (robotaxis)there isn’t much.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanages and is very toxic. AVOM and GM lie to you and make the job harder than it is. Just AWFUL!!! Benefits are expensive. You do not get any decent days off on your normal schedule to spend time with family. It’s a 24/7 operation so you work weekends and all the holidays. It takes an act of congress to take a day off and you don’t start accruing til after 90 days. Do not recommend!!! Retention is very low you will leave in under 12 months if that.
