Pros
The company has really put a focus on appreciation and taking care of its employees and customers over the past 4 years. They truly care about their employees and their goals. Holiday bonuses and 401K match both had increases this past year.
Cons
Pay is competitive but still on the low end. The culture is more of a "come in prove it." Office space in the office is very crammed.
