Great place to work and great people there

Travel distance can be rough for me

Not many good things. A positive is you meet some good people that work hard as warehouse or drivers. A very few office employees are nice but everyone is watched and afraid of upper management and feel threatened to speak the truth

It's an us versus them attitude such as office and management versus everyone else and you won't ever win. They want robots and not actual thinkers. No overtime but they expect every delivery and every pickup to be made. If not you have to five reasons why you didn't finish. There are 5 people in that office that should never be allowed to deal with ANY employee. They are rude, condescending, micro-manage, they bully you and talk about you behind your back. Most of all they lie either to your face or if you like behind your back. You give all you can and in their eyes it will never be enough just read what other current and former employees say and even worse read what customers say. Uline is their number 1 customer and they are just as bad. The bigger the company the less they care about you. This company doesn't believe that without trucks everything stops. Trust me. After 10 years working there they are a terrible place to work for. It's a revolving door and if you decide to work there in a matter of weeks you'll see im not lying. Talk to drivers and warehouse personnel and you will find out how insignificant you are to them.
