It started off good. The changes over the years and various managers over my role was challenging

The final manager over me had me file my hours and account for every action I made through the day. He had me account for bathroom breaks, lunch, going out to my car to get things, it was cruel.

Low talent pool. Easy to suceed

Odd management structure with ego driven leaders.
