Not all bad - Associate Director of Student Housing Morehead State University Employee Review

Student housing is always a difficult area, however as I supported policy and was challenged (and students and parents asking for my termination) my VPSA (interim boss) did not have my back and lacked a total backbone. When I asked why I was not considered for a promotion I was told the president wanted to hire from outside, and the VPSA serves at the pleasure of the president. All I wanted was a rationale for how to improve. Needless to say leadership has no desire to develop you or promote from within.
