      Too many salesman, internet leads not evenly distributed, long hours, and can't make any money with 35-40 salesman.

      Was a good starter sales position to get a grind started and see the buisness. Not longterm.

      Cons

      Morgans payplan is VERY OUTDATED for their sales people. Heres a hint, if your sales people are Not happy you will fail! So having 3 or 4 happy n the rest not. You will eventually crash.
