      Pros

      Average benefits/wages for government, pension, health insurance, dental, vacation and sick leave for full time- Monday - Thursday work week, 7am- 6pm. Generous paid holidays. Anyone can work for the county.

      Cons

      No employee growth. Building not updated. Lack of skilled leadership. Little training. Walking on broken glass under full time elected officials.

      A few good people work here, Unchanging culture & work, convenient if you live in county, great benefits, not busy

      Cons

      No central management, limited diversity, lack of training and development, high turn-over for non-elected. No required management training for elected officials and some offices micro-manage while others have someone in the seat.
