-There is alot to learn as a customer service representative but the co-workers are really friendly and helpful in any way possible. -The job is very calm and peaceful most of the time. -Very humble staff
Cons
-You are required to be aware of a lot of information in order to understand a customers issue -Customers can get aggravated really quickly but that's just part of the job and shouldn't be taken personally
