They make clear distinction between contract and full-time employees--pros is that because of that you get to go home on time without working over time so you have a lot of personal time
Cons
Cons is that because they make a clear distinction between contract and full-time employees, even if you work hard and accomplish the same thing as a ful-time employee they will not rate you as high as the full-time employee.
