Stop rewarding loyalty and start recognizing competency and skills - Trainer Moringa School Employee Review

Incompetent pod leaders with very poor people managers, toxic and entitled. Many TMs work in fear as there are many instances [including mine] where frustrated employees resign not because they have to but because of toxic work culture and incompetent managers who frustrate juniors - they are disorganized, unprofessional and are only in Moringa School because they have no other place they fit for a job. Moringa is losing her good devs in the hands of the supervisors. Please investigate this since no one might be willing to talk about it lest they become a target.
