      The drama is chronic and comes from higher ups moreso than coworkers, management speaks openly about being racist and not hiring people based on race alone, and the expectations placed on workers are steeply unrealistic.

      I have served in senior living for many years. Morning Pointe is by far, the best that I have personally experienced.

      The residents made my world go around.

      Cons

      Previous ED said I was doing a great job but she none the less cared about what was going on. The new ED came in and had an opinion about me before she ever met me. Believed lies about me claimed she was a Christian told me one thing when I repeated it back the next week she switched it around. The place is toxic. Do not apply or work here. Forewarned
