Pros
I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. The benefits, the staff, the clients, the work itself, the Christmas bonuses, the transparency among the different ranks.The work can be flexible and the company pretty much accommodates and pays for as much Training as you would like. They do a fabulous job.
Cons
I had a supervisor who liked to plan a bunch of frivolous "team building" type stuff when we could have been doing work but even that is nitpicky because she's the best and they are lucky to have her. They pay isn't high but you can negotiate it once you're employed and your supervisor sees that you're doing a good job.
