They are open to hiring new grads from a variey of majors, so the mix of people is varied, and you can learn about investing no matter what you studied in college, as long as you demonstrate ability, and a strong interest in investing. The benefits are great, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth as long as you take some initiative.
