Pros

None that i can think of

Cons

The CIO is a sadist.. who really enjoys torturing his employees… I have never seen so much incompetence in a single person in my whole career. This is just the tip of iceberg as morohub in totality is a fast hire fast fire policy company… hence no matter how important your work is they will not hesitate to fire you without reason and will just say that your services are not needed and your role is redundant.

Pros

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others considering joining this company. The work environment is extremely toxic. Leadership operates through fear, favoritism, and constant blame-shifting. There’s no psychological safety — speaking up or suggesting improvements is often seen as “attitude.” Management lacks transparency, and decisions are driven by politics rather than performance or merit. From a career perspective, this place feels like a dead end or career suicide. There is no structured learning, no mentorship, and no meaningful exposure to help you grow professionally. Projects are repetitive and poorly managed, leaving no room to build valuable skills. If you care about long-term career growth, this is not the place. Salary growth is practically nonexistent. Annual appraisals are either delayed, skipped, or come with negligible hikes that don’t reflect performance or market standards. Promotions are unclear and inconsistent, often given based on favoritism rather than capability. Work-life balance is also heavily compromised. Unrealistic deadlines, constant fire drills, and lack of planning create unnecessary stress. Burnout is common, yet leadership does little to address it. Pros: Salary paid on time (bare minimum expectation) Cons: Toxic leadership and culture No real learning or career development No meaningful salary hikes Favoritism and politics

Cons

Free bus serveries for the employees.

Pros

Fixed office hours. Some good team members at the working level.

Cons

Extremely poor top management. Even HR-related functions are controlled by the CIO. Complete lack of leadership presence. CIO shows no basic engagement with employees—no greetings, no interaction, no team connection. Employees are terminated suddenly without explanation, creating constant fear and job insecurity. Highly toxic work culture driven by control, pressure, and intimidation rather than trust. Zero career or financial growth. Employees remain in the same role for years with no hikes, no bonuses, and no promotions. No employee benefits of any kind. Extra hours are expected but never compensated—no comp-off, no overtime, no rewards. No work-from-home policy, not even in exceptional situations. Rigid, inflexible office timings.
