Pros
I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others considering joining this company.
The work environment is extremely toxic. Leadership operates through fear, favoritism, and constant blame-shifting. There’s no psychological safety — speaking up or suggesting improvements is often seen as “attitude.” Management lacks transparency, and decisions are driven by politics rather than performance or merit.
From a career perspective, this place feels like a dead end or career suicide. There is no structured learning, no mentorship, and no meaningful exposure to help you grow professionally. Projects are repetitive and poorly managed, leaving no room to build valuable skills. If you care about long-term career growth, this is not the place.
Salary growth is practically nonexistent. Annual appraisals are either delayed, skipped, or come with negligible hikes that don’t reflect performance or market standards. Promotions are unclear and inconsistent, often given based on favoritism rather than capability.
Work-life balance is also heavily compromised. Unrealistic deadlines, constant fire drills, and lack of planning create unnecessary stress. Burnout is common, yet leadership does little to address it.
Pros:
Salary paid on time (bare minimum expectation)
Cons:
Toxic leadership and culture
No real learning or career development
No meaningful salary hikes
Favoritism and politics
Cons
Free bus serveries for the employees.
