So far the experience was good. So none.

1. They will buy you off with good money. 2. They will offer you a good year-end bonus, but make sure that you will stay for at least one year and make your life hell.

1. No work ethics, CEO always asks to meet unrealistic deadlines, very impatient. 2. No leaves, if you ask for leaves, you will receive a termination letter and then you will be asked to work for the next 2 months that too without any work. 3. Team leaders don't support the teams. 4. No public holidays. Not even independence on Independence Day. They will make you remember that you are a Labour on Labour Day. You will not be allowed to cast your vote on voting day. 5. If you ask leave for Diwali to fire some crackers, they will fire you. 6. You will lose your mental peace and life. 7. If you think it is just a desperate review by some ex-employee, kindly ask any ex-employee/current employees. 8. I still remember one of my colleagues asked what is work-life balance and I don't know where is he now.
