Cons
Very German culture so if you dont fit with that style of working then dont even consider joining. Loads of internal politics, revolving door of people at the senior level, people burnt out and no respect for balance or personal life. They care about making money and nothing else. Absolutely no faith in the Leadership team, no alignment between them on what they want and constantly contradicting each other, real lack of courage, unable to give or receive feedeback. Disagreeing with the CEO or CTO is not done because everyone that does attempt that is not treated well. There is no strategy for the product or how they intend to scale and be successful. The Product has so many issues that the CTO refuses to even acknowledge. Most of these positive reviews are from their HR team and their Recruitment team which isnt even part of the business.
