Pros
The consultants and administrative staff are genuinely talented, hardworking, and supportive people. Many employees care deeply about their work and go above and beyond to support both clients and one another. There are strong relationships built among staff, and some truly dedicated individuals who make the day-to-day environment positive despite broader organizational challenges.
Cons
While there are good people within the organization, my experience was that leadership and workplace culture created a very high-stress environment with unrealistic workloads and expectations extending well beyond regular working hours. In my view, management did not consistently demonstrate the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice. There also appeared to be favoritism within certain groups and inconsistencies in expectations around work-life balance and accountability. As a family-run business, there were times where professional boundaries and decision-making felt blurred by personal relationships. Communication from senior leadership could often feel reactive and pressure-driven, which contributed to ongoing stress and anxiety for many employees. Staff turnover has also been significant. Over the past two years, a notable number of employees have resigned or left abruptly, which I believe reflects broader concerns around workplace culture and sustainability. I would encourage anyone considering employment here to ask detailed questions about workload expectations, organizational structure, leadership style, and work-life balance during the interview process.
