Pros
Leading edge equipment, excellent engineering support, local management was very efficient and fair.
Cons
Excessive paperwork, equipment and field reports which are necessary, however, they want you to perform these on your own time. Human resources used scare tactics on certain employees to get them to comform, upper management had their personal favorites which they gave the better jobs to. No pay raises as well as other benefits taken away.
