      They give you the tooling you need to do the job.

      Cons

      They don’t care about people. “It’s just business”. Very unforgiving. What should be warnings or even write ups for innocuous offenses, are automatic termination. No wonder they’re in the 2’s for the rating system on this site.

      The pay and compensation package is nice.

      Cons

      The Safety Culture has much to be desired. Production has the lead on every aspect of the organization, everything else is secondary
