I've learned many different aspects of site design through different projects I've been exposed to. Working with experienced engineers on team has been very helpful

I don't live close to office and commute is not ideal. Company doesn't offer hybrid schedule for this position.

Engineers, Cad Manager and project managers are great to work with, good people. Communication great.

Communication is horrible. Motivation is terrible. Respect for everyone is lacking. Multiple survey cad technicians did not have good experiences.
