This makes it much easier to pick up new skills and streamline all processes. -They understand work life balance. Culture is improving constantly. They have really made it a point the last year to improve on this area by creating team building events and an open door policy. They had food truck events and monthly birthday celebrations for the staff. Weekly announcements calling out individuals in all departments for going above and beyond. - If you are self motivated and ready to learn new things constantly you can excel quickly within the company. This type of work ethic is noticed and praised verbally and monetarily . -Many employees have been here a long time. - CEO truly cares about each individual. He takes the time to put a face with the name in every department.

No company is perfect. They are adding technology and updating procedures to align with the rapid growth. There is some pain in that but each department has a voice in this and are constantly trying to improve training processes to keep up with this growth.

upper management is not very professional, They will use you every chance they get, and if you stand up to them, they will make up false write up's to fire you. they only want people they can bully, and the owner allows it to happen. all of the employees besides management want to quit, but cant afford too. Pay is below industry standards, and the core values are a joke
