      Not sure anymore. company has changed so much.

      Cons

      very conservative company and take very little risk. During mass layoffs, it was clear that employees were not important. severance package was a joke and company showed little respect for workers.

      Wonderful Leadership. Flexible work / life balance. Great benefits and bonus plan.

      They moved the Corporate Office out of State and I could not move at the time.
