They overwork you and grossly underpay. They only reward you ever get for putting in extra time and staying on top of your work is adding to your work load with no additional compensation. You're forced to work on call shifts for a week at a time. No additional compensation is given. Even when you go into work for an call after hours they won't even give you a tims card. It's pathetic. Since leaving my eyes have been opened to just how much advantage they take of the good, kind, hard working employees they have.
