Pros

Great technology, good in house training on products, middle of the road base salary structure, good T & E plan if you travel, nice medical, dental, vision and 401K Benefits plan..

Cons

Management cannot decide if they want an on the ground field salesforce for account calls or a distributor sales organization. Eliminate field sales and you eliminate T&E accounts and benefits and salary overhead costs, but you end up paying higher commissions to distributors who sell your product if they have time. Customer service falls when you don't have reps in the field to help current customers.

Pros

Benefits are reasonable and there are good employees who really want to make a difference in the healthcare space.

Cons

Culture is very negative and not what is presented at time of hire. There is no real opportunity for advancement within the company. Employee input is irrelevant, not valued by Senior Management and viewed as a roadblock. Salaries are well below market value. The workload is extreme. Employees are working in an environment where they do not feel appreciated and respect for others is lacking. Conflict resolution is less than desirable and there is no safe haven for employees to go to with concerns. Bonus structure is not concrete. There is a lack of integrity throughout Senior Management. They say they have metrics to determine eligibility but the decision is made based on if you are someone that is a "friend" of the CFO or owner not based on performance. Final note - customers are not valued.
