      Pros

      Competitive salaries, great health care coverage, vacation and bonuses. This is a solid employee-owned company with a 100+ years history in the construction industry. The company has high standards for all of its employees and strives for 100% satisfaction from all of its customers.

      Cons

      Morton has and will always experience growing pains just like any other industry. There is a tendency to be overly cautious and rigid with some Company policies that tend to limit flexibility with employees and customers.
