It's fun working for a recognizable CPG brand.
Cons
Private equity owners, with no experience with consumer products or a company Morton's size, bought the company and starting slashing costs without any idea what they were doing. There have been multiple rounds of cuts, and scores more people left on their own. Management is largely Cargill rejects. Company culture was destroyed overnight.
